Four Steps to a Successful
1) Determining Policy Coverage
The first crucial step is the analysis of the insurance policy provisions and conditions to determine the rights and respectabilities of the insured as well as the obligation of the insurance company.
2) Documentation of the Claim
The insured is required to prove the full extent of their loss and support the claim with appropriate documentation. Our professional team will recreate an exact picture of your property prior to the loss, which may include architectural drawings, detailed cost estimates, and a variety of evaluations, projections and forecasts. This is one of the most important functions we preform and the basis by which our clients recover the maximum settlement.
3) Presentation of Claim
After the full extent of the loss has been determined and documented, the schedule of loss and damages is presented to the insurance carrier for their review and consideration.
4) Negotiation of Settlement
Our in-depth knowledge of every aspect of your claim allows us to then negotiate with your insurance carrier to ensure that you are fully compensated for your loss in accordance with your insurance policy's provisions.
Our organization of skilled Public Insurance Adjusters has for over 40 years successfully assisted the insured/policy holder in the development and conclusion of their insurance claim.
We assess your damages, prepare a comprehensive claim, which we present to the insurance company's representative(s) on your behalf and negotiate the best possible settlement for you.

Testimonials - Residential
Residential Property Owner
"While in Florida we received a late-night phone call from our daughter advising us that our home in New England was badly damaged by water from the bursting of frozen pipes. We flew home the next day and were shocked and devastated by what we saw. The entire central part of our home from the 2nd floor to the cellar was effected by water damage. Walls and ceilings dripping, rugs ruined, most of the furniture, clothes, bedding, and personal items and two bathrooms were ruined. The cellar had 5 feet of water that ruined the furnace, washer and dryer as well as additional personal items. We were overwhelmed with what we faced and had no idea where to turn.
Our neighbor recommended Gentili & Rossini Associates, we called them and within hours after meeting them, they took over and immediately began the process to remedy our situation.
They put us completely at ease, whatever we needed and whatever questions we raised were handled in a very professional manner, and more importantly they did so in a very understanding and thoughtful way. Looking back, my wife and I both can not imagine how we would have fared had we not had these fine people to aid us in putting our life back in order."
Residential Property Owner
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in our time of need. As you know, the house fire we had was devastating to our family. Although we all made it out alive, most every material possession that we had owned was lost, including the house itself. From day one you were there to help us set things straight. We remember meeting with you the day of the fire. It was a very tough morning, and you made it a bit easier by telling us what to expect in the days and weeks to come.
The structure was a total loss, and a very fair assessment was agreed upon with the insurance company thanks to your work. The work you did to document the contents was even more impressive. We couldn’t bear to walk through the house, let alone detail all of our losses. Due to your professional methods we’re sure we received the highest compensation for our losses. We would like to extend our thanks to Gentili & Rossini Associates for a job well done!"

We think he's great!"

Manager, Dental Supply Company
"Due to a fire in our building, major soot damage affected our complete inventory of dental supplies and made our offices uninhabitable. We were referred to Gentili & Rossini Associates by a business acquaintance, made the call and they responded -- in person -- the very same day.
They helped to get our business up and running again by arranging for cleaning services and in obtaining an advance payment from the insurance company so that we could replace some of the damaged items and remain in business during the adjustment process.
We were very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness with which our claim was handled, and ultimately with the settlement we received."
